While I’m sceptical about $IONQ’s quantum computing program, its quantum platform is real and much broader than computing. $XNDU, barely de-SPAC’d, up 4x in days to ~$8bn. This is retail mania. $RGTI and $QBTS continue to trade at nonsensical valuations. So where is the value in this bizarre market? $INFQ — which has the best quantum computer of any listed company, plus a real sensing business — sits at $3.2bn. And pending de-SPACs $RAAQ (IQM) and $BBCQ (Pasqal) haven’t caught the bid at all, and are sitting at <$3bn valuations. What matters in quantum is technology and hardware that actually works for customers, but right now, it’s a momentum and hype-driven market. Play at your own risk.
