@TUIUK 6:45 flight got delayed due to something wrong with the plane, been sat in the airport now for almost 10 hours and all you guys do is tell us more information to come at a certain time, and when it gets close to that time you extend it. What is going on, sort it out!!!!

@TUIUK If I was you I would sort this out otherwise you’re going to have a lot of angry customers, no plan, no answers, sitting around an uncomfortable airport for 12+ thank you TUI you’ve been great

@TUIUK Guess what, it’s been pushed back another hour, you’re joke of an airline, can’t even sort one plane out in 12 hours!!!

@TUIUK We have had an update for our flight, it is now flying at 18:40 but I won’t hold my breath until we are actually in the air because all you’ve done is given us time we are departing and then delayed it every time

@virginmedia lost internet connection for the fourth time in two months. Two engineers have had to come to the house to fix different issues last engineers fix lasted 6 hours today. Awful customer service. @SkyUK what deals have you got on atm?
