@FlightPlanPod Hard no, we have a surplus of mids and we are struggling to give the development mids appropriate game time. Completely confused why you would add to that issue?

Essendon should have a real look at Jacob Hopper. He’s one of those players that just hasn’t found the right situation, and the trade to Richmond just hasn’t worked. Like Josh Caddy from Geelong to Richmond, you can bring him for his twilight years as a guy with a specific role - fast tracking our young mids. 30 next year and contracted until 2029 - hard to imagine the Tigers see him as anything other than depth. Is he worth a phone call?

@Kyptastic1 He needs a break, he doesn’t offer anything in team defense & barely chases at all.

@ScooterMcNeice Unfortunately, when you only have 5 possessions yourself indicating that you have not taken advantage of the matchup, you don’t help with coverage nor chase with intent while demanding that much of the salary cap, I’ve sorry, you deserve it.

@Osint613 I’d love to watch retailers use Trump RFK Jr maths to promote their sales. Love to watch the regulators let that slide. Will be done for false & misleading statements 🤷‍♂️

@tommorris32 @7AFL @essendonfc So the Arc can demand an unnecessary doctor check at a critical time in the game, but missed a player completely out of it on the field. AFL flying 🤦‍♂️

The AFL is reviewing its processes regarding Tom Edwards head knock yesterday. The league, led by Laura Kane, is looking into the chain of events, which involved the independent doctor inside the ARC. They’ve also spoken to @essendonfc. Edwards was cleared by the Bombers doctor and later passed the HIA test after the independent AFL doctor ordered him off the field. @7AFL @1116sen

"If that had have been a prelim to a Marcus Bontempelli type, and essentially it was the independent doctor taking over, that would be a big decision." 🗣️ Tom Morris on the ARC taking Tom Edwards off for concussion despite passing an HIA

@dmaxNFT @RalphyHeraldSun Difference here is that the player was removed from the ground by the AFL doctor for a check (which he passed & disadvantaged Essendon), so it’s impossible to say the impact was low.

Sicily and Moore are surely heading for one week bans. John Noble could join them on the sidelines for the Hawks-Suns clash. Hit Tom Edwards high. Edwards went to the bench and was checked out but then was removed by the AFL ARC under new rules for a HIA with five minutes left. Later cleared of concussion heraldsun.com.au/sport/afl/jame…

@AFLcomau @CalTwomey @gettable_afl So for every player who performs well & deserves more there are those who underperform their contract. Why should they get locked in increases. If you choose a super long term contract you sign knowing there could be a missed opportunity if the market changes. That’s a choice!

.@CalTwomey exclusively reveals the AFL is considering a 'radical change' to this year's draft that would see clubs who have a top 5 pick that's moved down due to a bid, be granted an EXTRA selection at the end of the first round. #9FootyClassified | Watch on 9 & 9Now 🖥️

@ScooterMcNeice I’d expect El-Hawli will be the 3rd emergency given he didn’t train with the 1st group. There was talk of 2 emergencies travelling with the team. Unlike Farrow who trained with the 1st group but wasn’t listed as an emergency, seems like he needs to complete his apprenticeship.

Bush, Barack Obama and Joe Biden, have issued statements to CNN, saying there is no record of any communications between them and President Trump.

@TheBTCTherapist Bitcoin is suffering from increasing supply by the use of different types of products such as ETF’s. It was no longer was supply constrained. The supply grew faster than demand hence the price goes down.

@sweatystartup The key value of Bitcoin was its limited supply however once leveraged ETF’s and other derivatives became available all of a sudden supply constraints were reduced, thus the price pressure decreased. Hence it’s no surprise that the price is declining.

@ScooterMcNeice What was equally important was that Essendon only had 5 list spots. Therefore receiving more than 1 pick in the draft created an early pick that they couldn’t use. Compounding the issue was that very few teams wanted to trade into this draft giving a lower value to the pick.

Didnt go down the draft track? Robey, Farrow, Sharp, Kako, Caddy, Roberts, Clarke etc. Whole strategy has been going to the draft. Why EFC has the 2nd youngest list. At the time of Merrett's trade request, EFC had 5 picks in top 30. Retain high end senior talent the preference
