@WilliamLiNIO @NIOGlobal No roadmap for either SOTA or charging infrastructure... Please step up. If you are pausing this year to focus on sustainable and profitable operations, then at least say so, because you cannot keep this up in Europe for long. You're killing your customer relations.

@WilliamLiNIO What's going on with NIO's Banyan Software in Europe?? Many users including myself are growing increasingly frustrated of the lack of action. There seems to be no attention to us users and our wishes for improved software. Definitely a lack of information from NIO.

@verss98 @WilliamLiNIO I don't expect a profit in Q1, as it is usually the worst quarter of the year with Chinese new year and everything. But they still made a strong performance. If Q2-Q4 performs as expected, they will likely make up for a loss in Q1 and post a full-year profit.

@mbfisher927 @Almighty_Heini @javi_nioworld @NIOGlobal At the current rate they are doing 100.000 swaps per day, and there's more than 300 days left of the year. That's over 30 million swaps. Then add new swap stations and larger Onvo volumes and we'll pass 100 million (cumulative) with margin.

@ChinaDriven @ElectrifyMrC @cool_cat1980 By western standards NT 1&2 charge slow too. The only exception might be the new 100 kWh pack with 180 kW, but coupled with a quite high energy consumption it's effectively pretty slow too.

Blade battery in ONVO is old style blade battery. BYD will introduce the new short blade battery this year which will take energy density from 150Wh/kg to 190+Wh/kg and has much faster charging times.
The cells used in the CATL packs are old tech. By Chinese standards NIO NT1&2 charge slowly.

@Jas0nYu Are you sure it's when the AC is set to these temps and not when the ambient cockpit temperature is in these ranges? Makes sense to turn seat heating on it the car is -10 degrees on a winter morning.

@javi_nioworld @NIOGlobal @Mobileye This has very little to do with the NIO car itself since it is likely equipped with the Mobileye sensors (and of course software) like the ones delivered to Israel a few years back. Haven't watched this video though.

After upgrading to Banyan 3.0.0, NIO NT2.0 models now support Samsung phones with UWB (Ultra-Wideband) keys (NIO Phone is no longer the only option).
Note 1: Not all Samsung phones have UWB functionality.
