SHE REPORTED AN AVOIDABLE DEATH. THE NHS SPENT 12 YEARS TRYING TO DESTROY HER. Dr Usha Prasad was the only female consultant cardiologist at Epsom and St Helier University NHS Trust (@epsom_sthelier). In 2012 she raised concerns about the avoidable death of a heart patient. A death that was never reported to the coroner or the Care Quality Commission. What happened next is one of the most documented cases of NHS whistleblower abuse in recent memory. The trust compiled 43 complaints against her and sent them to the General Medical Council. Every single one was thrown out. An independent cardiologist from the James Cook Hospital reviewed the cases and found nothing. The GMC exonerated her completely and extended her licence without condition. No restrictions. No caveats. Fit to practise anywhere in the UK. The trust still sacked her. She spent 28 months banned from clinical duty, sitting in an office while the NHS simultaneously complained it was short of cardiologists. She saw 2,000 patients a year before they benched her. Those patients saw nobody. Then the CEO at the time, Daniel Elkeles, put it in writing. He would drop the entire disciplinary process if she dropped her employment tribunal case. The whistleblowing claim, the harassment claim, the discrimination claim. All of it. She refused. So they went for the money instead. The trust, already £35 million in debt and planning to close St Helier's A&E, maternity and children's services, commissioned law firm Capsticks (@CAPSTICKSLLP) to pursue Dr Prasad for £180,000 in costs at a separate tribunal. The normal maximum in the rare cases where costs are awarded at all is £20,000. In 99.95% of employment tribunals, employees never pay their employer's costs at all. Twenty lawyers and paralegals were deployed against her. She had one barrister for part of the hearing and a colleague helping pro bono. The £180,000 claim was eventually cut to £24,000, but only after a judge intervened. The BMA refused to fund her defence, citing insufficient odds of success. The colleagues who worked with her at St George's said they had no concerns about her competence whatsoever and called the trust's response "profoundly vengeful." A trust that cannot report a patient death to the coroner managed to find the resources to pursue the doctor who flagged it across multiple tribunals for over a decade. Fair policy by Reform to be honest. You don’t get to impose your suicidal virtue signalling on the rest of the population without consequences. Retards are screaming that this is punishment, but it’s actually the ultimate in proportional representation. How is it punishment to give you what you vote for and to give others what they vote for at the same time? More of this.

A DOCTOR WARNED THEM IN 2003. 62 WOMEN ARE DEAD. In 2003, Dr Andrew Stockdale, a consultant oncologist at Heart of England NHS Trust (@uhbtrust), walked into a multidisciplinary team meeting and told colleagues what he was seeing. Women who should have had one mastectomy were coming back for two, three, more. He had figured out why: Ian Paterson was leaving cancer tissue behind on purpose, running what he called a "cleavage-sparing mastectomy" that nobody had approved and nobody was questioning. Stockdale reported it. To the GMC (@gmcuk). To meetings. To anyone who would listen. The meetings, by his own description, were not exactly open forums. Paterson was, quote, "a forthright individual who held firm views." The chest walls of women he had operated on still had enough breast tissue to fit a bra. Stockdale, an oncologist, knew that was wrong. He referred them. They went back to Paterson. Paterson operated on them again. Nothing happened. For seven more years, nothing happened. Paterson was not suspended until 2011. By then he had treated 11,000 patients. The 2020 public inquiry estimated more than 1,000 of them were actively harmed. In October 2024, Stockdale gave evidence to a coroner's inquest covering the deaths of 62 women. The inquiry found that Heart of England NHS Trust and Spire Healthcare (@spirehealthcare) had received multiple warnings and failed to act on any of them. The 2013 Kennedy Review put it plainly: whistleblowers do not fare well in the NHS. It described the institution as inward-looking, over-defensive, and prone to destroy those who suggest the emperor has no clothes. Dr Stockdale was not destroyed. He was just ignored, which in the NHS is apparently the next best thing. Paterson is in prison, serving 20 years. The system that let him operate for a decade after the first warning received a report with 15 recommendations. The government said it would respond. Then COVID happened. Then they responded in December 2021. Then they published a progress update. And somewhere in that bureaucratic relay race, 62 women's families are still waiting for a coroner's conclusions expected in 2026. One doctor. One warning. 2003. The rest is institutional arithmetic. It's called democracy. If the constituency votes in a Green MP who believes in allowing thousands of undocumented men in the country then they will be only too happy to have the detention camps in their area. Sorry Simon you're not reading the room on this one.
Simon Clarke@SirSimonClarke

We need to stop illegal immigration, but this is abhorrent from Reform. Zia is proposing the siting of detention centres expressly as a form of political punishment for people and places that don’t vote Reform - not just Green, but presumably Conservative, Liberal and Labour too. (And what about Reform voters in those constituencies?) It would almost certainly be deemed an abuse of ministerial power for political purposes, and as such would likely be stuck down in court before ever being implemented, wasting millions for the taxpayer without detaining anyone. If it were to go ahead, it would still represent an appalling waste of public money as these sites might well not be in any way suitable for the proposed centres, or near the other infrastructure required. What’s worse is that he is doing all this to provoke outrage and draw attention to Reform a few days out from the local elections. Reform know what they are doing. But this goes beyond a pre-election stunt. It’s declared as a major policy commitment, and should be treated as such. We need a proper plan to leave the ECHR and restore safe border controls, not gimmicks that wouldn’t survive first contact with reality.

I have had to mentally walk away from talking about the weekly massacres in Nigeria, because it broke my soul. Attacks like 7/10, happen EVERY SINGLE WEEK in Nigeria to Christians. Women and children kidnapped, gangraped and held for ransom, elderly tortured and burned alive, the men and boys tortured and murdered trying to save their villages. Imagine 7/10 happening every single week, your children hacked to death in front of you, whilst you and your daughter's are violated. People have zero idea what's going on over there, and the world remains silent. Furthermore - the very same monsters doing this to Christians are also coming in to the UK, daily, in their 100s. We do not have magic soil, whereby someone who has spent their life murdering and raping people for Isis and Boko Haram and Fulani, get to a Travelodge in Scunthorpe and suddenly want to be a law abiding Deliveroo delivery man on a bike. The thought is utter madness.

When I was 20, I met a beautiful girl at work and we became work friends immediately—lunches together every day, shopping, carpool, etc. She had a boyfriend whom she was “in love” with… but she eventually cheated on him with a police officer and found out the officer had a girlfriend. She told me with a straight face, “I’m going to report that he raped me,” and then smirked. I told her she couldn’t lie like that; it’s against the law. When she saw how shocked, disgusted, and serious I was, she tried to say she was joking. But it made me view women differently. I had no idea women were capable of doing that. I stopped being friends with her, and she eventually got half the office to hate me 😩😭😑🙃

You retards keep falling for their incrementalism. They learned a long time ago that they can get as much as they want as long as they only take a little bit at a time while accompanying each tiny bite with high-volume moralizing about how it's for our own good because the children, or because health, or because the planet, or because whatever the Good Thing du jour is that they invoke to shut down your brains. It works. Every time. It's worked for decades now. They have this down to a science. So the social engineers chew away at our freedoms piece by tiny piece. Every year we're a little less free, a little more domesticated, a little more controlled, and any time you point this process out your mentions get swarmed with idiots going on about how actually this is a good thing because the children, or because health, or because the planet, and anyhow you're overreacting because everyone knows slippery slopes aren't real and this isn't a big deal so why can't you just have a normal one, man. Almost as bad as the programmed self-righteousness of normgroids is the unseriousness of rightoids who laugh, lol look at these blue-haired libs, aren't they silly? No, they are not silly. They are deadly serious. They gave decided what is good for you and they are going to inflict it whether you like it or not, because they do not think that your life belongs to you: they think it belongs to society, and society belongs to them. They've written openly about how they intend to do it. They have roadmaps explaining each step from beginning to end. There is nothing funny about any of this. Yeah, it's just ads. Small thing, why get mad, fuck McDonald's right? Except that's part of the plan. Denormalize meat by removing it from the public eye; demonize it with public health campaigns; normalize 'healthy' plant-based alternatives. Then tax it. Make it more expensive. Harder to get. Socially punish people for eating meat. Make them apologize for being too weak to give it up. Start having meat-free Mondays, optional; then mandatory; then limit meat to weekends, or certain hours of the day. Come back in twenty years, people are saying "wow isn't it crazy that you used to be able to buy meat in restaurants and just eat it in front of people? That's so crazy, I'm really glad we don't have to smell it any more, the stink just got on everything. And it's SO bad for your heart!" These people are sick, they are evil, and they should be made to stand in front of a wall, but instead they're running everything and there's no obvious way to get rid of them.

They're going to apply the same playbook to meat that they applied to tobacco. They've been saying they're going to do that for years now. This is just one step along the way. Enjoy your bugpaste.

As we enter the final furlong to the most important local elections in decades, remember that Labour, Essex Conservatives and the Brentwood Liberal Democrats sought to cancel them. It was the efforts of individual Reform councillors and the Reform UK Party’s legal action that ensured you can vote on Thursday. Ask yourself why the Uniparty wanted to cancel your right to choose your councillor and council administration? What are they scared of?

The entire security architecture of postal voting rests on signature comparison. One form to apply. One form to confirm you are the same person. The signatures have to match. That is the safeguard. Which is why a Home Secretary asking the public to accept that she used two markedly different signatures on documents designed specifically to verify identity, inside a case where the court found that the signature verification system had been systematically abused, is asking for a considerable degree of deference. What have I be telling you for years? Even those that tried to silence me are now publishing stories that lead to the same dark place. _________ I’m Raja Miah MBE. NHS TOLD A DETECTIVE TO MIND HIS OWN BUSINESS. THE BABIES WERE DYING. Dr Maxwell McLean (@1MaxMclean) spent 30 years as a West Yorkshire Police detective superintendent solving serious crimes. In 2019 he became Chair of Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (@BTHFT). He thought his job was to hold leadership to account. @NHS had other ideas. By 2021 he had clocked something alarming. The Trust was taking 14 months to investigate three preventable newborn deaths. The national target is 60 days. He escalated internally. He went to NHS England (@NHSEngland). He went to the Care Quality Commission (@CQCProf). Both of them looked at the preventable deaths of babies and collectively decided to do absolutely nothing. McLean commissioned an independent review himself. It confirmed every single concern he had raised. Within two weeks of the board receiving that report, they handed him an ultimatum: resign or be dismissed. He resigned. Then he took them to Leeds Employment Tribunal. The Trust's response was to argue he was not a worker and therefore had no whistleblowing protections at all. A hospital chair, governing a trust responsible for half a million people, was being told he was essentially a volunteer with no rights. In February 2025 an Employment Judge disagreed. The ruling was landmark: NHS Trust Chairs are workers under employment law. The full hearing continues. The CEO who McLean raised concerns about remains in post. NHS England and the CQC, who were told babies were dying and chose silence, remain in post. Freedom to speak up, the NHS calls it. Maxwell McLean calls it a sham. The tribunal judge appears to be the only one in this story who did their job. Sources: The Guardian @guardian, ITV Calendar @itvcalendar, BBC Look North @BBCLookNorth, Channel 4 News @Channel4News
