First autonomous movement from the autonomy stack I've been working on. The office map was generated from 360 drone video and converted into an occupancy map. The robot initializes its pose from the April Tag then follows the trajectory. This was done using my custom middleware framework with zero ROS.

For a high school project I built a speech controlled exoskeleton glove using a raspi 1, it could only detect a few simple commands and move servos on a 3d printed glove. The idea was to help paralysis patients use their hands. Now I'm working mostly on mobile robots in agriculture. I bet the exoskeleton you're working on is way more advanced than what I did in high school. Can you share what the application is for?

Hi all, thanks for checking out my page! Wanted to share a bit more about my background than the X bio allows: - Finished school at 16 - Started as an AI researcher at JetBrains at 18 - By 21 I was coordinating a research direction there and published 5 papers in one year - Then I joined Google DeepMind Game Theory Group - Published a paper in Science at 23 (I honestly thought that milestone would come closer to 40) - Later went to Google X to work on an exoskeleton project (wanted to see what the product side looked like) Now I'm building something new. Stick around ✨

Congratulations! This was my first drone and I got it for creating 3D maps for my robotics projects. Honestly, the drone pretty much flies itself. It has omnidirectional obstacle avoidance and flies slowly in cinema mode (C in the middle switch). You can configure to either stop or fly around obstacles. I've tested the obstacle avoidance for about 30 minutes and unless you're flying too close to tree branches you're generally safe. For indoors scanning you need to turn off obstacle avoidance though. Other than that, for April Tags you need something heavier, it sometimes blows them away. I glued mine to square pieces of thin wood and even those sometimes move if I'm flying low. It is a wonderful tool, and you can get a large scan in under 10 minutes.

@cmsinvests It's over!!! Time to panic sell now and buy back in again in a few months when everything is at all time high. Then you gotta panic sell again at the slightest downward movement. Remember buy high and sell low.

@hEnka_robots I built my own middleware and autonomy stack instead of using ROS. ROS was appealing before because it took time to make drivers, now AI can one shot drivers from datasheets.

Honestly bro, I was clowning with the original post. The real reason I cap certain games is frame pacing. Some games run around 80-100 FPS uncapped but occasionally freeze or stutter, especially with heavy settings like path tracing and ultra graphics. I cap those down to 60 so I do not deal with random stutters. I do not actually play every game at 60 FPS.

@EgeTheAlmighty @LordRene18 @METAPCs if you have enough fans and thermal paste properly applied and it hasn't been like 1 year since you applied it, and the pc is on the floor with enough room to breathe then there should be nothing to worry about the heat, your gpu and cpu can get very hot but function with no risk

@AzasYT @LordRene18 @METAPCs I'm just joking bro, I'm not actually using a VGA cable. I just cap some single player games because I care more about heat/noise than FPS there. Appreciate you genuinely trying to help though.

@EgeTheAlmighty @METAPCs If you say your eyes cannot distinguish +60 fps, try to change your monitor because the only explanation I can think of is that you're using a monitor that only supports 60Hz, or you have a monitor with a higher refresh rate but haven't enabled it in the NVIDIA Control Panel.

@ltsSiggy @SirSaadSays @METAPCs Reaction time does get better with higher fps if you're playing competitive games, which I don't. So it does not make a difference to me.

@EgeTheAlmighty @SirSaadSays @METAPCs But regardless saying it’s something your eyes can’t really distinguish doesn’t really make much sense. 60 to 144 is as big as 30 to 60 and anyone who’s played on it would say the same thing

@KayaSerhan_ Evet bu konuda haklısınız, bu Unitree robotlara taklalı uçan tekme falan attırıyorlar, kafaya denk gelirse ölümcül olur sonuçta sert bir materyal.

Kilo tek başına yanıltıcı. Zarar potansiyelini belirleyen hız. 30 kg'lık bir robot hızlı hareket ediyorsa ciddi hasar verir. Figure'ın eski güvenlik başkanı tam da bunu söyledi, darbe kuvvetinin kafatası kırma eşiğinin iki katı olduğunu.

Robotun her eklemini hareket ettiren motor + dişli + sensör birimi. Her eklem farklı özellik istiyor.

Figure humanoid: 1.300 paket/saat.
