@Eimiclo @TicketmasterCS I emailed them before the 4th to! I was told they would be happy to look into changing my tickets for me as they understand wanting to enjoy the event with whole group, then yesterday I got an email saying they won’t change them! I don’t know how many people are in your group

@TicketmasterCS I had an initial response saying that the tickets wouldn’t be changed but I requested the change prior to the 4th as I was supposed to which I put in a reply with proof and now I’m getting nothing back. I followed the rules and now it seems TM aren’t honouring them

We do have a full team of agents answering emails, but it can sometimes take a bit longer to get a response during busier periods. If you submitted a request and received a service ticket number, this means you’re in a queue and an agent will be in touch as soon as they’re available.

@Catblack04 Do you live near an airport? They’re always desperate for extra staff in the summer months and if he’s a good worker, there’s usually scope to keep people on. I worked in an airport all through college and university and it can be flexible hours to fit around it

My 17 yr old son has been looking for a job since before he got his holidays from school. He has walked the town twice in as many weeks handing out cvs, talking to people and applying for jobs online. He’s a good lad but it’s very disheartening when people never even reply 😔
