The Lagos State Higher Institutional Students' Bulletin (EKOBULLETIN), under the auspices of the Lagos State Government, formally announces the Congress & Delegation of Envoys which is scheduled to hold as follows: Date: Wednesday, December 3rd, 2025 Venue: JOHN OBAFUNWA LECTURE THEATRE, LASUCOM. Time: 9:00 AM The delegation is poised to strengthen inter-campus relations, enhance student-government engagement, and further advance the mission of EKOBULLETIN in amplifying the voice of students in Lagos State Higher institutions. All Envoys are expected to be seated by 9:30Am and dressed formally (English or complete native attire) Observers are allowed to witness the congress as long as they would abide by the rules and regulations.
