Yes. For sure. The onus will be on Chud to prove that he believes his life was in imminent danger. He’s not going to get a sympathetic jury and judge after having 100s of hours of him provoking people and threatening them with bear mace and a gun. I guess we will see what happens. Comment section is just proof racism against blacks isn’t “pattern recognition”. An african cuts down what appears to be a dead tree in order to clear the land and is called a subhuman for doing the same thing westerners do. There’s no appeasing non-blacks.
