ICE secretly kidnap autistic boy during bathroom break—never notify family.
Mother reported him missing a week ago—turns out ICE had him detained the whole time.
He was helping sell fruit and asked to go to the restroom—by the time she was done helping a customer he was gone.
Mother called local police to file a report—but even they couldn't find out he was in ICE custody until 6 days later.
It's especially worrying because the 15-year-old boy reportedly functions "like a 4-year-old child" due to his autism.
He is currently still detained at the detention center in Houston, Texas. #DemsUnited
