Ryanair handles about 207 million passengers in 2025. Starlink service @ $250 million would be barely over $1.207 per passenger. You could easily cover that cost for "free" Starlink wifi by passing it on to the base price of ticket. It would be virtually no cost for a major major convenience. If you include fuel cost pricing concerns then the total is $1.50 per passenger.

Ryanair CEO is still claiming that Starlink Aviation Terminals will cost 1-2% in fuel due to aerodynamic drag. Meanwhile, SpaceX confirmed it’s really around 0.3%. “If Starlink wants to fit our aircraft and pay for the fuel drag, we’d be happy to put them on board”
