Yesterday, GPD and GFD were dispatched to Grapevine Lake, where a Tesla Cybertruck was stranded in the water. The driver drove into the lake to use the “Wade Mode” feature when the vehicle became disabled. The passengers abandoned the vehicle and the driver was arrested.

Let me put it in this context.
As your pilot on a commercial airplane, would you want me to have an incentive to show the number of consecutive landings I've ever had without a go around?
While Pilots generally never want to have to go around, it's the safest thing to do if the aircraft is not in a safe position to land. You don't want any macro-economic incentives in place to deter a safe action.

FSD v14.3.3 parked the wrong way and hit the curb when it was backing up.
I’ve never ever had FSD back up this far during a destination park… it only stopped after I hit the brake once we hit the curb.
