Race against time in Odisha. An 80-km green corridor was created by Odisha Police to rush a critically injured Class 5 student from Krushnaprasad in Puri district to MKCG Medical College and Hospital, Brahmapur. The boy was returning home from school when he fell off his bicycle. The handlebar pierced his abdomen, leaving him with a life-threatening injury. He was treated in local hospital before being referred to MKCG. The green corridor was established through the initiative of the Puri SDPO and Krushnaprasad Police to ensure uninterrupted movement of the ambulance. Praying for his speedy recovery. 🙏

Good for Odisha that the NFSU campus is being set up in Bhubaneswar. In recent months the Cooperative University has been relocated to Bhubaneswar from Gopalpur/Ganjam and the NIOT relocated to Puri from Gopalpur/Ganjam. The Odisha Govt is still dilly-dallying on NIPER Berhampur.
