Every devotee deserves a proper and dignified darshan. How can some be treated as VIPs in God’s temple while the rest struggle like this. Hi Anuradha , let me explain this in simplest way possible based upon my personal experience as a doctor in a corporate setup When there is no insurance , doctors have to think twice before investigating multiple tests that are often necessary based upon the complaints of patient . Only the most important investigations are done which sometimes have the probability to miss out other probable diagnosis . Also many a times the patient refuse them citing the financial burden . But in insurance we are aware that all the routine investigations as well as less important ones to rule out the probable diseases can be done without putting burden on patient hence it is done .

Please never go for an under construction building and try not to buy from builders. Always go for a resale flat in Mumbai and talk to the owner directly. These just hyped figures by the builder. There are flat owners listing 2bhk for 2 Cr in Andheri. Half of what is mentioned here.
