The Snowdrop Unit at @UHP was officially opened today by @DOckendenLtd. The specialist bereavement unit allows those experiencing the loss of a baby, to have labour care in an area separated from the main Labour Ward: bit.ly/3Q08RAX

Today we trialled a @Iskushealth drape for an elective caesarean section. The baby is passed through an aperture in the drape for immediate skin to skin contact with the mother. Excellent feedback received by patients @EliMedd @UHP_NHS @PtExpUHP @helen_harling1 @mariannerowntr1
