I finally made it into the daily mail for lecturing in a loud shirt (Orlebar Brown, bought in their sale last year), barefoot, while at a conference in Portugal, on my annual leave, at no cost to the NHS. CEPD for doctors is compulsory and the conference was organised long before the strikes, so not “convenient”.

The attitude expressed by retired anaesthetist Dr Hilton in @thetimes is totally unacceptable. People affected deserve compassion, justice and commitment to zero tolerance from their employers & colleagues. We must do everything we can to eradicate these attitudes & behaviours.

@Saudi_Airlines I’m afraid I had a very poor post travel service. My luggage was damagged during a flight and despite following all the procedures,my complaint has not been adressed. Saudia costumer service doesn’t meet the standard of a national airline
