@HotspurLane Need to move him on if we want to be serious. It’s been four years and he definitely hasn’t improved. He’s far too inconsistent and not technical enough. We could easily improve on him in the transfer market. It’s time to cash in and go get better. We need to be more brutal

What are your thoughts on Pape Matar Sarr? 🤔🇸🇳
I saw someone say he’s been at the club for 4 years and hasn’t improved. I think that’s quite harsh.
I’ve always been quite a fan of Pape. I think his ceiling is really high. It’s crazy that he’s still only 23 years old. I believe there is a genuinely quality player in there but I think #THFC fans are quite split on him….🤷♂️
Let me know what you think. 💭

@npepper101 @andyhotspur14 You’d think he was the Messiah the way fans talk about him. He normalized this losing culture we currently have in this squad. One game saved him from being our worst manager since Santini but my word was he terrible at his job
English

Every time I hear from this bloke there seems to be a complete lack of acknowledgement that he started this league form decline. We'd had 16 seasons before that where our lowest league position was 8th.

🚨🎙️Ange Postecoglou when asked how he feels about #Tottenham’s ongoing struggles: "Not great, I still have a really strong attachment to the club. It was two years and they were by no means easy years, but we invested a lot into them. Second last game we won a European trophy which was an incredible high. The connection there will be there forever. To watch them struggle has not been easy and it’s not the way I thought it would go. They’re in a hell of a fight, relegation is massive for any club but for Tottenham, it’s a pretty big deal. They have some fighting to do and they have the quality to get out. They need a circuit-breaker for sure." @RyanTaylorSport

@TottenhamTiers @WeRTottenhamTV Need to make it hell for them. The fact they’re comfortable turning up at the stadium and giving little smirks towards the fans is a major problem. No other club fanbase would tolerate this especially one that’s paying the highest tickets in Europe and on the verge of going down

@modrobilej @AlasdairGold He needs to be sold whether we stay up or not. He’s a liability for us
English

@EliteBeast_8 @AlasdairGold He was doing great when signed. Never the same since the injury tho.

Asked Bruno Saltor if Micky van de Ven was injured before that double sub at half-time: "No, it was a sub with the intention to give more dynamic in the left side and have more legs going forward. Yeah, I thought that was like a tactical sub." football.london/tottenham-hots…
English

@Richard0Head @AlasdairGold It’s easily one of the worst I’ve seen. I’d say it’s the worst in our squad. I never got on board with the hype around him, even after his first season
English

@EliteBeast_8 @AlasdairGold His technical level is dreadful. One of many in this squad.

@KevJStewart “ he’s saved us more points than he’s lost us” did my head in anytime I read that response.
English

@InvertTheWing He was much better than the fans gave him credit for. Ironically the same ppl who said that were the same ppl who hyped up Sarr(a poor passer) like he was the new Yaya Toure.
English

@EliteBeast_8 Don't know why people tried to act like he was poor on the ball.

@ProTottenham @thfcsouthstandx They all need to face some sort of consequences for this. They’ve abandoned the club and let it get to this point. The stadium needs to be more hostile than ever

Do you know what the saddest thing about Tottenham and our collapse?
Its how its literally self inflicted
Weve seen big clubs go down due to financial hardship, sanctions for breaking rules, or simply just not being good enough because they haven't got the muscle to do so
But with Tottenham, this is basically a choice of the owners to relegate the club. For a club to be in such a strong financial position, to be in a position to spend £200m on players and have it not affect our PSR, only to choose to spend just £13m when we are staring at relegation with the worst injury crisis weve seen ever at Tottenham is nothing short of criminal negligence
There are plenty of people to blame but the blame is no doubt at the feet of Daniel Levy, ENIC, Lewis Family, Charrington, Lange and Vinai for the mess we are are in and the fact we are about to be relegated
They need to sell up and the entire board needs clearing out if we are to move forward as a club
Football needs putting first again, not profits, not F1 go karting, not concerts, not NFL, not boxing events.... FOOTBALL
They need to sell up and we need owners in who will put football at the front of everything

@Katspur71 Where was this anger before? Too little, too late. We did the sit-in protest last year and had bottles thrown at us by our own fans on the way out and snide remarks by everyone walking past like "boring", "spose ya want the Glazers, do ya?". We were 17th! Fuck those fans too.

Penalty and Micky van de Ven red card as he brings down Sarr as he's running through on goal. Utter madness. football.london/tottenham-hots…
English

@AltuKop @hesgotnohair86 Oh yes, the “remember the 90s” section of the fanbase. I’m not even fully convinced relegation will change them.
English

@EliteBeast_8 @hesgotnohair86 100%.
"The negative brigade...just be positive!"
These morons would tell their alcoholic uncle he's doing a great job and to just block out the haters/negativity and carry on.
