@ProfDonnaHall An away day facilitator once suggested perhaps the reason my (all female) commissioning team wasn't getting traction with our acute provider was because we wore sandals (it was an away-day, middle of the summer - we were all pretty dressed down). Remember being lost for words.

All my old work jackets going back years went to a charity shop today. This one is older than my daughters. Felt therapeutic. Remembering all the times I’d worn them almost as a daily suit of armour against the deep rooted mysogyny in most organisations I’ve been part of.
