Study presented by @LauraHarbertSLT of 15 trached patients unable to tolerate cuff down w/ whom ACV was trialled: - 74% demonstrated improved ICU FCS score with most going from 1 to 4 - 67% demonstrated increased frequency in saliva swallows - Only 1 patient reported discomfort
