NEW: Rep. Ted Lieu (D-CA) tells reporters he believes FBI Director Kash Patel is an obstacle on a FISA deal because “many members of Congress do not trust him, based on public reporting, it appears Kash Patel is a raging alcoholic.”
Lieu went on to say if Patel were fired, a FISA deal would be much easier, and that Patel could go be a “special agent” for Shield of the Americas.
