@ZARA_Care hello my parcel should be arriving today by royal mail i got an email from yourselves to say it was with them on 7th April and latest delivery will be today. I never got an email from them to say when they will be delivering so I can’t even track it with them?

@Elle_Browne Yes it is delaying services at the moment by half an hour but services are not cancelled for this route. I would advise allowing extra time this morning ^TT

@TfL I haven’t been refunded for this and it was on my debit card! The link doesn’t say about how claim for a refund if it was used on a debit card?

@Elle_Browne Hi Ellie-Lou, It's possible a touch may have been missed, causing a maximum fare charge. Overcharges are sometimes automatically resolved in 48hrs. However, if not, the refund process can be found online here: tfl.gov.uk/fares/refunds-… ^CO

@TfL sorry but how cones you have charged me £13:40 for a two stop journey from Oxford Circus to Charing cross? I definitely tapped my phone otherwise I wouldn’t have got out? On the way its was £4 something so why on the way back have you charged me £13.40?
