@sweatystartup I make it a point to regularly remind my Straight-A student daughter that I'll be equally proud of her for being a SAHM as a CEO. And that either way I will support her. Changing diapers or proofing her presentations will be equally fulfilling and are both within my skill set.

Candce Owens is one of the most honest and down-to-earth people I’ve ever had the chance to interview. Over the years, I’ve interviewed every type of person imaginable from nuns to politicians to actors and after you sit with someone for sometime, once the small talk fades, you get a real sense of who they are. Candace is an incredible mother with a beautiful, loving family. I also had the honor of meeting her genius husband, a genuinely great guy and honestly, way more straight-laced than I expected lol. I’m grateful I got a glimpse into their beautiful family life, but most importantly, we talked about some really interesting and important issues. I also gained a lot more respect for Charlie. He truly lived as a believer and honored the sanctity of marriage. I had no idea Charlie saved himself for marriage, I honestly think that’s absolutely adorable.
