Nearly 2/3 of abortions in America are medication abortions.
1/4 are prescribed via telemedicine.
The far-right's focus on banning receiving mifepristone by mail is part of their goal to ban abortion access everywhere.
Since Donald Trump began falsely claiming that the Catholic Church supports giving Iran a Nuclear Weapon:
• Nuns jumped and savagely beaten in the streets of Jerusalem
• Crucifixes destroyed with sledgehammers by Israeli soldiers
• Convent destroyed in Lebanon
IRELAND 🇮🇪
A letter in today's Irish Times claims that 'most Catholics' support women's ordination
The letter writer claims that it should be 'the headline issue at the National Synodal Assembly of Ireland on October 17th, 2026'
What are your thoughts?
@MarcieAnde59695@BushidoSouls@TPUSARapidRep@michaeljknowles Just a friendly recommendation about reading the Bible. Read the verses immediately before and immediately after the verse you’re interested in. Then try to understand the point the author is making in the context of the surrounding verses.
@Elliott2tees@BushidoSouls@TPUSARapidRep@michaeljknowles Isaiah 64:6
But we are all like an unclean thing, And all our righteousnesses are like filthy rags;
We all fade as a leaf,
And our iniquities, like the wind,
Have taken us away.
@Elliott2tees@MarcieAnde59695@TPUSARapidRep@michaeljknowles You don’t understand salvation or sanctification. Salvation is what God has done for you. Sanctification is what you do for God two different things which you don’t understand.
@BushidoSouls@MarcieAnde59695@TPUSARapidRep@michaeljknowles Where was the lie? You say our righteous deeds as Christians are like filthy rags to God. That is a lie. I'll give you benefit of the doubt. That is just a failure in reading comprehension.
@Elliott2tees@MarcieAnde59695@TPUSARapidRep@michaeljknowles Funny, you don’t quote the verse correctly, to push your lies
“This is a faithful saying, and these things I will that thou affirm constantly, that they which have believed in God might be careful to maintain good works. 👉These things are good and profitable unto men👈.”
@BushidoSouls@MarcieAnde59695@TPUSARapidRep@michaeljknowles "I want you to stress these things, so that those who have trusted in God may be careful to devote themselves to doing what is good." Titus 3:8
There is nothing wrong with doing good. We should live our lives according to God's righteousness. Being perfect as He is perfect.
@Elliott2tees@MarcieAnde59695@TPUSARapidRep@michaeljknowles Yes, for instruction in Gods righteousness, not your own righteousness and you’re not taking the correction very well.
“All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:”
-2 Timothy 3:16
@MarcieAnde59695@BushidoSouls@TPUSARapidRep@michaeljknowles All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for TEACHING, REBUKING, CORRECTING and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.
@Elliott2tees@BushidoSouls@TPUSARapidRep@michaeljknowles You are battle the wrong person. We don't do battle against brothers in Christ. If you truly knew the word of God you would know that. You seem pleased with yourself. Stop! Go & chill. Where in the entire Bible does it instruct you to battle a child of God? I'll wait...
@BushidoSouls@MarcieAnde59695@TPUSARapidRep@michaeljknowles What you believe is your choice but heed the Lords words and be careful. "Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You shut the door of the kingdom of heaven in people’s faces. You yourselves do not enter, nor will you let those enter who are trying to."
@Elliott2tees@MarcieAnde59695@TPUSARapidRep@michaeljknowles Fine you work your way to heaven, and I’ll trust in Jesus Christ alone and that his sacrifice on the cross is 1000000000000000% sufficient to pay for all sin.
Jesus Christ is God!
@BushidoSouls@MarcieAnde59695@TPUSARapidRep@michaeljknowles You obviously do care what I believe. You have a problem with every aspect of it. My job is to proclaim the Truth and correct error. I did what I was supposed to. God bless you sir.
@BushidoSouls@MarcieAnde59695@TPUSARapidRep@michaeljknowles This has nothing to do with intellectual faith being the only thing allowed in regards to our salvation. Look at every time faith and works is mentioned by Paul. It's always in the context of Jews and Gentiles. EVERY TIME.
@BushidoSouls@MarcieAnde59695@TPUSARapidRep@michaeljknowles Lets get this straight. The FIRST doctrinal issue the Church had to get straight is, now that Gentiles are a part of the New Covenant, do the Old Covenant ordinances apply to them? It's a resounding NO from the Church. Why? Because Christ fulfills it all.
@Elliott2tees@MarcieAnde59695@TPUSARapidRep@michaeljknowles You really don’t understand salvation, huh? I just showed you that Abraham believed God and it counted him for righteousness. The OT law is to bring us onto Christ, not onto self worship because we turned from sin. No one can turn from all their sins that’s why we need a savior.
@BushidoSouls@MarcieAnde59695@TPUSARapidRep@michaeljknowles More out of context verses. Isaiah is talking about how the Israelites sinned against God. That is why their righteousness (based on the law) was like "filthy rags". In other words, sure, they were circumsized and brought the right sacrifices but were evil in their heart/deeds
@Elliott2tees@MarcieAnde59695@TPUSARapidRep@michaeljknowles You add a bunch of works to salvation, dude. What do you not understand that your righteousness is as filthy rags in the sight of God? Jesus Christ paid for all sin, not you and you are not God, he is the only one perfect.
