@cmiley14 Exactly, and a lot of them are at the phase were hiring an additional person is too much commitment but now hiring means slow growth.

@EllsonChen1 Yes! We're getting lots of pull from both SMBs & startups. Both of these groups have the same problem of having too much work and not enough "hands on deck".

When I was working on my co-living venture, getting landlords on board was a real challenge. Out of 100 properties, maybe 10 would reply, and only 3 would show interest. It reminded me how slow traditional industries can be in adopting new tech or business models. What’s exciting about AI, though, is that everyone is talking about it now. Even my mother is using ChatGPT regularly. But there’s still a gap between interest and knowing how to actually use it in day-to-day business. One thing I’ve noticed is that the second generation of business owners—those taking over from their parents—are much more open to these conversations. They’ve grown up with technology and are ready to integrate it, which makes things a lot easier.

@EllsonChen1 After a ton of cold calls I've had the same realization!! SMBs have been tragically overlooked and now that millennials are taking over - they are looking for ways to fill in the gaps FAST. AI is the best tool for the job & they know it.

Small teams are producing millions of dollars in revenue with the help of AI.... We've recently signed a client in the car auction industry. This is their first year and they are on the track to a seven figure AR with only 4 people on the team with one of them being in charge of sales. The founder is a wizard in terms of ads and SEO, and they receive hundreds of people each day wanting to auction their car to dealers. We help them automate their inbound sales, qualify leads, and follow through the pre-auction processes. That one person in charge of sales is in charge of managing our AI sales rep, which are a fraction of the cost of hiring. So their gross margins are insane. They just started raising their first round yesterday and their customers (dealers who attend the auctions) are all jumping in to take part of the round. What a time to live in.

9 clients signed in the past 30 days Recently we started working with a handful of businesses to build AI employees that they could directly integrate into their workflow without switching systems. In the past 30 days we signed the following clients: 2 Property Management firms 1 Chain Trampoline park 1 NGO 1 University 1 Care Manager 1 Logistics Company 3 Psychiatrists It started with a friend asking if we could build an outbound call sales agent for them. Then 1 client led to another. And all of this happened pre-product. We had a demo of a product we are recently rolling out animos.cc. But other than that it was just me understanding what challenges that they were running into and which parts we could automate. This feels like the prologue of a product with PMF.

If you’re a small business that works with a lot of inbound or outbound calls/texts/emails message me. We’re waiving all initiation fees for industries that we find interesting.

Kevin also clearly does not understand how the DAO works. Like partnerships holding RE, they are the one with full control of the property.
