Holiday weekend. I have been trying to speak to a gp for days. I go to A & E. They refer me back to GP. What do I do?

@BritishGas once again you have got up my appointment. The engineer contacted us to say he is on his way this morning at 8:15am. Our appointment time was 12 to 6pm. He was coming to do a boiler service but it was actually to replace a part in the boiler which he does not have.

@greateranglia can you not let the station manager know that his staff at Chelms ford who should be telling your customers that the lift is out and they are there to help ?Instead you want me to put in a complaint which will take weeks to investigate. Are they on a teabreak?

@greateranglia who should be telling your customers that the London bound platform lift is out of order. The station staff are too busy watching people go to the lift without opening their mouths. They are happy to watch people struggle on the stairs without the offer of help.

@TheRangeUK any idea what time your Chelmsford store restaurant closes? The store is open until 8pm. I went in restaurant at 4pm today. No staff at all. Waited several minutes. Young man cleaning at back of counter but no acknowledgement. I can only assume they were closed.

Yesterday I went shopping with my children in a well know store. The security guard chose to ask me to show him my receipt for my item! I refused because I watched him let a number of people who didn’t look like me walk out the without requesting their receipt!

@LeeAndersonMP_ People have a go at MPs and they expect it as part of the job but why do people think they have the right to involve their families and use it against them. Being an MP is a public job but their families should have the right to remain private . LBC should be ashamed.

To be clear this is a vile hoax and a slur on my family. For clarity I do have a son called Charlie but he is 33 and not 23 as the male says in this clip. The voice is a completely different accent to my sons. The person who has made this hoax call is sick. I shall be reporting this to the police and so should @LBC

Well that was interesting. Someone claiming to be the son of Lee Anderson MP calling Rachel Johnson on LBC and breaking down in tears as he spoke about his father's drunken violent abuse. (LBC, correctly in my opinion, stopped the call. The young man was very upset).

@McDonaldsUK in your clacket lane restaurant on m25. This must be the slowest serving McDonald’s in the country. Staff are getting their own food to sit down. I am still waiting after ordering 20 mins ago. People at these service stations are usually here for a quick stop off.

@StarbucksUK sat in your starbucks at 11am today for the 2 mins silence as I was passing. A member of staff decided to turn up the music where you could not hear anything else. I think it was deliberate. Why was the music not on when I went in ? Other customers thought the same.

I received a call from @GBNEWS asking for an interview. I said no. I am not willing to appear on that channel again. I do not see how it is meeting broadcasting regulations over editorial impartiality. And much of its output is fanning the flames of hatred and division.
