Don’t bench like this if your goal is muscle growth, powerlifting and bodybuilding aren’t the same, powerlifters use this technique for one reason only, to shorten the range of motion so they can move more weight for competition. Less range of motion = less muscle growth.

@BeeTee2887 Bro thinks the easiest way to push more weight translates to stronger. If you're a powerlifter and actually need to care about weight, do low bar. If you want to get stronger and challenge yourself, do high bar.

The low bar squat is the superior squat. In terms of moving the most weight and stressing the body in a way that most efficiently builds general strength, everything else is fighting for 2nd place. People love to say you should squat "however works best for you", which is fine if you aren't interested in the most efficient pathway to the strongest you can be. If you want to get as strong as possible, as quickly as possible, it's the low bar squat.

@introvertzoomer @lennartprimal What it really taste like is mushy iron. But I've never had it raw. I always fry it in olive oil for 2-4 min perside with alot of onions. It's Def a hard taste to get used too, but it's the most nutritionally dense food in the world that is organically made and not man made.
