Hi @MHCC_ we see how the pandemic has affected everyone around especially their mental health. What kind of support can be provided remotely to students in schools and universities? What are they ways one can work on improving their mental health?

A few solutions which can help students to deal with mental health and anxiety include raising awareness, one on one counselling and providing more resources. #EM203

EM203 has taught me so much in only a span of 3 weeks. Understanding the central focus of the digital age and the impacts of technology has allowed me to establish a clear understanding on how the Internet has revolutionized in the 21st century. #EM203Robin

@ColinEm203 Hi Collin, multitasking is really hard especially with internet, there are so many distractions. To excel in all tasks one does, proper management to multitask is very important.

This week's lesson reaffirmed a bad habit that I experience as a "digital native": multi-tasking. Although we tend to perform multiple tasks at once with multiple devices and priorities, performance deteriorates in at least one task - especially in an academic setting #EM203Robin

Over these first 3 classes, I have enjoyed learning about the 3 M's: Multi-media, Multi-modal, and Multi-tasking. In particular, the impact of multi-tasking on my learning through the recalling experiment. #EM203Robin

Self-paced online learning has been an interesting, yet obvious form of learning given social distancing measures. Last week we learned about "learning by doing" - a form of learning that will be impacted greatly by the pandemic #EM203Robin

So far in #EM203Robin I’ve studied behaviourism - the theory that behaviour is simply a response to stimuli in one’s environment, which conceptually is operant learning. I’m looking forward to learning more about these theories and their relevance in this evolving digital world!

EM203 has taught me so much in just 3 weeks. It has definitely helped me understand the impact of technology in this digital age. Especially in COVID times, we have seen how technology has completely taken over our lives especially the education field helping us in many ways.
