@Softykjr You can correlate these type of shutdowns and road work activities with weekends where the Huskies play at home but there is no Seahawks game in Seattle that weekend.
Last time was Ohio State game where they shut down southbound I-5. Hawks played night that week.

@KKeefer120 Men don't hit their physical peak until their mid to late twenties. That's why NFL players always make the big bucks on their second contracts. Which would put them between the ages of 26 and 30. I've never understood why we need to force these kids into turning pro at 16.
