@DrNoOneSpecial Bruh a monkey can see ST depression on an EKG, I read it myself & the cardiologist confirmed it but then would give 0 recs on what to do about it in an asxs pt. The day someone on twitter tells me how to be better at my job may come, sure, but it’s not today bro

@Emaperidol Not really! If you take the machine interpretation you’ll quickly get into trouble. Learn to read the trace, it’s a basic skill. No I’m not cardiology.

@docgooch Nah this was urgent, it was a routine ekg yes but the findings were not normal or routine. They were not nice or helpful in any way

@Emaperidol This looks like a systems issue. Looks like EKG that was done as part of chemotherapy- needs interpretation and ok from cardiologist. Is there a way to contact cardiologist if things are important but not super urgent .
