@Mlickles @DEAADSEAA People just need to broaden their horizons and see if they like these new things. Or even find a community you can be a part of with any type of medium especially if it’s a game series.

@Mlickles @DEAADSEAA Same here, I was introduced to the Trails series by people I’ve met a while ago and I’m having a lot of fun honestly. Currently on the third game atm. I’ve also been playing FFXIV for the free trial and honestly I had fun there too albeit some parts maybe be a bit of a drag.

@actualtrollface @fury190 For me in docked mode, there is a slight film grain like effect you could see when your flying around with your skell that doesn't look right. It's really hard to see by just a screenshot alone but this is what I took. Would appreciate a better example than this one.

@fury190 @EmeraldR9 Yeah I thought the image quality looked wrong in handheld mode, too. It almost looks painterly, and straight lines just aren't straight. Seems like there's some weird upscaling going on to hit 1080p.

The first pre rendered cutscenes in Xenoblade X DE on switch 2 seems to have frame rate and screen tearing specifically on handheld mode. What makes it REALLY weird is that none of these issues show up on docked mode. #XenobladeXDE #Switch2

@pbjelly__ @marcievania Having played the original through unusual means, part of me wants to see these games on modern platforms but there’s also a part of me that’s afraid of them making decisions that may not be the best.

@marcievania because all my bum ass friends won’t play it unless it’s on modern platforms / i have friends that can’t emulate it i don’t think it’s a hard concept
