Because I love nothing more than being publicy wrong here are some bold guesses: Labour 469 seats Lib Dems official opposition 75 seats Tory wipeout 40 seats Green Party 4 seats Reform second largest party as percentage of vote share (21%) and 15 seats SNP halve to 25 seats

The difference between this election and the previous few is I can't see there being a big shy Tory vote. Whereas I can imagine a significant shy Reform vote.

On the Labour doorstep in Wembley today - voters asking "is it over now?" as they can see all too well that everything has changed for the worse during 14 years of Tory rule. The Conservatives are offering nothing new. The story of us is better with Labour. Vote for change!

@TheonlyBird I don't think we're going to agree, but my fundamental point is that I don't think this is a one-size-fits-all thing. I believe MPs shouldn't be assaulted *and* that it's ok for a racist fascist to be doused in a milkshake. They're not mutually exclusive.

@TheonlyBird Idk, I think if you try to break down civility and use violent language, then you lose the moral standing to expect civility in return. The key difference between him and any of the others you mentioned is that they're not racist fascists

@Emilio2392 You can't pick and choose. Politicians represent different cohorts of people. You either think throwing milkshakes at politicians you despise is acceptable or you don't. If Farage is fair game to milkshake then so is Sadiq Khan, Natalie Bennett, Steve Baker, Diane Abbott...
