Well to be honest it’s nothing. This is fairly innocent, depoliticised, algorithmic posturing. But in so far as it has any affect, it’s negative. This is because it makes Westerners think - wrongly - that Ukrainians are like Putin too. When in fact they are not. There is a real cultural tendency toward unboundariness in Russia, which Ukraine doesn’t share.
