@TUIUK absolute awful customer service, stayed in a hotel under construction yet not Tuis problem cause they never knew about it 🤣. Some representatives need some CS skills!!!

@NurseStandard We don’t resent them, they come when we need them the most, but often they cannot access systems or documentation, or carry our some procedures, therefor the heavy load is now on the regular HCP’s, but they’re also getting paid more for carrying out the shift.
