@EmmaJadeMusic That's exactly what I thought! It's a breach of confidentiality that they called someone else to check my address. I just can't believe that they turned me away for a CERVICAL SMEAR, cancelling it without any warning?!

So I've just been to the doctor's for a cervical smear, only to find out on arrival that they cancelled my appointment - without warning - because I've been 'demoted' due to the fact that I now live in a town 5 minutes away by car. What on earth.

@leannesturrock Wait, surely they can’t change your address on their system without confirmation from yourself? I’d be asking why they thought it was acceptable to change your records before even attempting to contact yourself regarding the change

So I've basically been kicked out of my local surgery, without being registered to a new surgery, after having had a crucial appointment cancelled without warning. Is this a normal thing to happen?

@GettinSweenered They’re actually okay for short flights, they do charge tons for baggage though. All I would say is if you’re thinking to book with them just keep an eye out because they’re cancelling a lot of their routes because they’re understaffed.

Real question What's the scoop on Easy Jet in the UK? Why on earth is it so cheap. Do we have to flap our arms in unison to make the plane go?

@EmmaJadeMusic @British_Airways If the boarders were closed and you legally could not fly, that's considered a frustrated contract and therefore the typical terms of the booking can't apply. Surprising BA are seemingly unaware of this (or ignoring..?) Look at the CMA website if you can!

@leannesturrock @British_Airways I’ve been arguing this since 2020, it’s crazy! My entire life has changed since 2020 and I no longer am in the same circumstances to be able to just jet off to LA. I’m going to keep trying 😂
