Conclusion: we need therapy, meditation, therapy or other tools to fill out these experiences, so that we can a continue to build a stable, satisfactory life. And part of that is emotionally time traveling to fill the insecure voids we've left a little too empty.

The analogy I have is this: we're like like a snow ball. Constantly packing on more and more emotional experiences. But sometimes we have incomplete experiences and create cavities in our avoidance of the unpleasant. But that makes us unstable, incomplete, and insecure.

My current revelation is "people think we're thinking creatures who feel, but really we're feeling creatures who think." We think to feel. We live for emotional experiences. We're always trying to feel *something* but I don't know what that is. So far, my guess is "satisfied".

I wish I wasn't so afraid to be myself. This generation is too preemptive to slaughter anyone they disagree with.

Absolutely nothing justifies the murder of innocents. I am devastated by the killing of two people outside an @AJCGlobal event here in Washington. Our prayers are with the victims, families, and loved ones of all impacted. As we await more details, we must be clear that hatred has no home here.
