A lot of people keep asking if I’m eligible in @billions_ntwk , so here’s a clear and honest explanation.
I’m not eligible.
It’s not about missing something or doing anything wrong. It comes down to regulations here in Europe. With MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation), crypto projects are required to follow very strict legal and compliance rules.
That means:
• Strong KYC (identity verification) requirements
• Strict handling and protection of personal data
• Limitations on how tokens and rewards (like airdrops) can be distributed
Because of this, many projects, including large networks, choose to exclude certain European regions entirely to avoid legal risks or extra regulatory complexity.
So even if everything is legitimate and secure, users in Europe can still be left out.
It’s frustrating, yeah. But it’s also the reality of being in one of the most regulated regions in the world.
No complaints, no excuses. I understand the situation, and I’ll keep showing up, learning, and moving forward regardlessm
