Residents of a U St bldg have been smelling noxious fumes from a business for over 10 years with no enforcement of the Air Pollution Control Act. @CMCharlesAllen the law authorizes @DOEE_DC to adopt standards for toxic air pollutant emissions. Why can't DOEE enforce indoors?

This has never had a hearing. Her argument invokes a mythical rowhouse where a low-income senior created a pop-up, adding units, and does not want to follow current DC laws to sell.
