@kay_tee_kat I especially love cuckoos for her bc it's a subtle sign of Hera being a goddess of the seasons <3 particularly spring, which is when the cuckoo bird returns to Greece each year
In Hera's Argive cult, it was thought that she became an unmarried virgin every year to mark its return

For ex: in the Iliad, Zeus casts out the personification of Making Mistakes (Até) from olympus, so the gods would no longer act foolishly, just humans.

something that irks me so bad is when people say hazbin’s pacing is bad like it’s the fault of the writers, and not amazon’s fault for forcing every show ever into the same 22 minute 8 episodes seasonal format for some reason

I just watched this and surprise surprise the first thing Viv says is how hard it was to fit the story into 8 22min episodes. Literally every problem the show has can be attributed to Amazon. Can we get rid of the idiotic 8 episode limit?

@crowtalkie @Luke4Luck Not really. Pentious didn’t have to overhaul the afterlife justice system in order to get into Heaven, he just had to be a good person and redeem his sin.
Making Hazbin like TGP would undermine a lot of the established lore, especially since we already know ppl can get up there

One of my favorite Hazbin theories is still that it’s much, much easier to go to Hell than Heaven. No one really quite for sure knows what sends you where, just that it’s quite easy to “catch” sin, and quite difficult to do enough good things to escape it #Hazbin

For ex: we’re never told in the show why death by angelic weapon is worse than any other weapon. Regeneration isn’t explained, only implied.
