The FBI’s Salt Lake City field office is roughly 45–50 minutes away under normal conditions. There is no realistic way agents from that office arrive in 16 minutes unless they were already in the immediate area. The only plausible explanation for that kind of response time is that federal agents were already staged nearby. That raises a serious question the official narrative has never adequately addressed: why were FBI personnel close enough to be on scene that quickly?
