Two things I’m really excited about: • Improved traffic light handling at complex intersections with compound lights, curved roads, and yellow light stopping - driven by training on hard RL examples sourced from the Tesla fleet. (I’ve had quite a few interventions with yellow lights over the past two weeks. Less than 15 feet from the line and the light turns yellow and FSD will slam the brakes on) • Improved handling of temporary system degradations by maintaining control and automatically recovering without driver intervention, reducing unnecessary disengagements. (Fewer interventions as a whole is a good thing, but interested to see how it handles these “temporary system degradations”)
