I mentioned a few weeks ago that Erebor doing a deal with a Trump SPAC ( $RTAC ) wouldn't surprise me at all.
The bank charter was granted by the Trump administration, the delays to the deal would suddenly make sense; and volume spikes correlate with Erebor updates.
Banks need capital and legitimacy, and going public with a friendly administration and with someone like @PalmerLuckey at the helm would be a great way to do it.
On top of that, Erebor is backed by a number of billionaires close to Trump or have provided campaign funds/or both.
Last valuation close to $4.5 billion; a sweet spot for a SPAC with around $300-400m in funding + PIPE potential.
(This is when Palmer responds saying all of this is not true/BS speculation and I look like an idiot).
