✨ Recognition through the Africa Evidence Leadership Award (AELA) doesn't just celebrate achievement; it sparks growth, amplifies advocacy, and inspires new leaders. For @Enomark1979, winner of #AELA2024 in the Evidence Use category, the award became a launchpad for impact. As Programme Manager at @PangaeaZimbabwe, his evidence-informed approach sharpened from donor reporting to research dissemination, leading to high-quality abstracts at INTEREST (Namibia, 2025) and ICASA (Accra, 2025), with more to come at AMREF Primary Health Congress (Kenya, 2026) and DSA Conference (Dublin, 2026). A standout milestone: piloting the Boost digital health app with community health workers, expanding adolescent health education and improving client screening results showcased internationally. He also drove the external evaluation of PZ’s Wild4Life programme. Since the award, Enock’s profile has soared: earning the HiFA Country Rep of the Year (2024–25) and the Zimbabwe Achievers Global Award (2025), alongside appointments to global health bodies including the ASTMH Committee on Global Health, the Climate Sensitive Infectious Diseases Network, and the Royal Society for Public Health (UK). Beyond accolades, he mentors as an LSHTM Alumni Ambassador, reviews abstracts for ICASA 2025, and serves as a manuscript reviewer in maternal and child health and AIDS. @healthtimeszim @PGHZIM Procurement of commodities is being done and without personnel beds and theatre's are nothing. There is nothing wrong in refurbishing these. You think nurses and doctors don't deserve that. It's your opinion. These things are being done concurrently.

@healthtimeszim @PGHZIM This is for staff and students and its necessary because staff needs time to refresh and relax. There are bars and other facilities although run down but they have been helpful. With the location and site, Its definitely meant for staff and students studying and staying there.
