Accountability Needs to be Enforced

People keep acting like America’s water infrastructure problems were fixed years ago, but that’s not reality. In parts of Texas, communities are STILL being placed under boil water notices because of broken infrastructure, pressure failures, contamination risks, and aging systems. Just recently, boil water notices affected areas in Gilmer, Copperas Cove, Castroville, El Paso, Hilltop Lakes, and parts of East Texas including Upshur County. Some notices covered entire neighborhoods and thousands of residents. Texas officials themselves acknowledge many systems remain vulnerable due to aging infrastructure and repeated failures. Detroit still has ongoing lead pipe problems as well. The city has replaced thousands of lead service lines since 2018, but officials confirm thousands more remain, especially in older neighborhoods with homes built before 1945. The replacement program is still ongoing because the issue has NOT been fully resolved. This is not conspiracy it’s publicly documented infrastructure failure that continues to affect real people

If this kind of video is already circulating in May, the campaign ads heading into November are going to be absolutely brutal.

BREAKING: A woman in Texas was arrested after making a Facebook post warning others about the poor water quality in her town.
