@n5local Yeah I truly see that . I just think we are in such an interesting place now as players between U18s -U23s are gaining followings but not truly operating in the real world of football . It is like going to a the best private schools or uni and not getting a Job at the end of it

Appreciate the question. I only cover players who have already been platformed by the club, at U18, U19 or U21 level, so the exposure is already there. If they have not reached that stage I do not post them, and I avoid using clips from their personal pages too. I know they are young so I just try to keep it sensible and focused on their progression.

@lilshortynina You are right it was an incredible show however it left me with too many questions . A lot of the subplots were not as important in terms of really diving deep into Alex’s capabilities

@CourtOnDaCourt I hear what you saying . It has Alluded to Alex for 4 episodes gave us a brief introduction and left us with so many questions. A lot of the subplots were not as important as Alex and the connection with Dylan . Incredible show though !

@sakamvent @Talhaa10_ I hear you Bro . No one is trying to invalidate your preference more of an insight into how you see the game but who cares it is frivolous football discourse . If the sport makes you happy like what you want and who you want . No defensiveness required ☺️☺️

@sakamvent @Talhaa10_ It is interesting you assign Malice to quite a harmless question. No one is Baiting anyone life is too short . I just wanted to see who you preferred and why . Anyway I wish you the best in life .

@EqTactics @Talhaa10_ From players I watched in my lifetime R9 & Henry are the epitome of Athleticism imo, Maradona was also a freak athlete although I didn't watch him. Baiting me with Olise/Saka comparison which has nothing to do with the initial discourse says more about you than me

@CxachAli @AncentMuema48 you are involved in the game at a really high level . Do you feel that kids step into matches with and individualistic mindset or a team one . As that can define how they are seeing combination play .

@sakamvent @Talhaa10_ Before we continue I have two questions just to Gage your perspective. Name me these Monster athletes . Secondly who do you believe to be the better footballer ? Saka or Olise . Your answer defines whether we should continue talking .

@EqTactics @Talhaa10_ Athleticism is what set players apart not technicality, top players in history were monster athletes

@sakamvent @Talhaa10_ I think your being obtuse bro . No one is questioning the Fact that players can meet the demands of the game . Your claim was athleticism is what really what set players apart which I disagree with . If that was the case an Athletic league Two player would be able to play UCL .

@EqTactics @Talhaa10_ Physicality is different to athleticism, Vitinha, Kroos, Basquets are/were very Athletic

@coachmcg11 @jonerfootball Hi mate . I hope all is well . Do you truly believe the Score is the be all and end all ? Like the habits that are shaped understanding how and retaining the Football does not matter or is secondary to the score . Just very curious. Thanks .

🚫 Youth coaches obsessed with possession stats. 60% pass completion means nothing if your striker can't finish ‼️ Technical ability without end product is just practice. Your best players finish chances. What matters more: clean play or clinical finishing?

@sakamvent @Talhaa10_ Have you heard what multiple coaches at Wolves said about Vitinha whilst he was in the premier league that ultimately got him Discarded ? They Said he lacked the physicality and athleticism to thrive at elite level . They then cut ties .

@AncentMuema48 @CxachAli Just in the enviroments I am privy to . Kids are highly skilled but don’t really recognise the frames of reference that use to be common knowledge . Like Striker drops in can a midfielder get beyond . Winger tucks in can someone get around the outside .

@CxachAli Yes it all depends on context. Almost always it's best to get the perspective from the player about his decisions to better understand their potential.

@AncentMuema48 @CxachAli Secondly football coaching has come on leaps and bounds since I was a kid . However the one thing that we don’t talk about is the Relationship between players enough . Full back And winger for example . The thought pattern of what is required from me to better a team mate .

@AncentMuema48 @CxachAli Hi there . Both of you make some tremendous points . In the environments that i see . Kids are not actively reading the game and making decisions whilst the balls at there feet . That window of opportunity to combine slams shut .

@sakamvent @Talhaa10_ Hi Bro , sorry I just saw your tweet and I have a question . If nothing beats athletiscm . How did Spain dominate Europe and the world . Barcelona dominate Europe arguably creating the best football team of all time . How did Vitinha and Joao Neves secure a champions league ?

@Coach_Temisan Unlucky can be a sign of a good team mate and form of leadership . If we talk about the psychological corner being a team who supports others is so Valuable . People don’t remember what you say they remember how you made them feel and unlucky is a form of support .

Should coaches still use the word "unlucky"? There is always a reason, and the skill of a coach is to understand that reason why and help the player.

@RJPcoach @SundayShare10 The Number 6 in the UK is relatively new concept last 15 years . It shifts culturally. In Holland the back line wear number 2-5 full backs 2 and 5 CB’s 3 and 4 . That is where the 6 in Cm stems from . In Argentina 5s are famous for being CM’s

@CarlosS1kRR @RJPcoach @SundayShare10 Hi Mate . You are so Right . The number 6 as a CM is relatively new thing in the UK . It was always 4 . In Holland they use to wear 2-5 across the back line . 2 RB 3 and 4 CB 5LB . Leaving 6CM that is where it stems from in Europe .
