@n5local Yeah I truly see that . I just think we are in such an interesting place now as players between U18s -U23s are gaining followings but not truly operating in the real world of football . It is like going to a the best private schools or uni and not getting a Job at the end of it

Appreciate the question. I only cover players who have already been platformed by the club, at U18, U19 or U21 level, so the exposure is already there. If they have not reached that stage I do not post them, and I avoid using clips from their personal pages too. I know they are young so I just try to keep it sensible and focused on their progression.

technicality beats athleticism every single time. always has. brazil didn’t dominate cos they could run more, they dominated because they were levels above technically. same applies to england btw, all the physicality in the world means nothing if theres no quality on the ball

@AncentMuema48 @CxachAli Just in the enviroments I am privy to . Kids are highly skilled but don’t really recognise the frames of reference that use to be common knowledge . Like Striker drops in can a midfielder get beyond . Winger tucks in can someone get around the outside .

@CxachAli Yes it all depends on context. Almost always it's best to get the perspective from the player about his decisions to better understand their potential.

Full back And winger for example . The thought pattern of what is required from me to better a team mate .

@Coach_Temisan Unlucky can be a sign of a good team mate and form of leadership . If we talk about the psychological corner being a team who supports others is so Valuable . People don’t remember what you say they remember how you made them feel and unlucky is a form of support .

Should coaches still use the word "unlucky"? There is always a reason, and the skill of a coach is to understand that reason why and help the player.

@RJPcoach @SundayShare10 The Number 6 in the UK is relatively new concept last 15 years . It shifts culturally. In Holland the back line wear number 2-5 full backs 2 and 5 CB’s 3 and 4 . That is where the 6 in Cm stems from . In Argentina 5s are famous for being CM’s
