Ray, congrats on a decade of “excellence” in reporting. I noticed you chose not to cover the potential litigation between one of the sport’s largest owners and the Jockey Clu, a story widely covered across racing, gaming, and general sports media, including international outlets. Even Jockey Club owned BloodHorse reported on it. In the interest of transparency, can you explain why a story covered almost everywhere else was deemed unworthy of coverage by your publication???

@paulsen_smw Found the ratings and USA Network viewership numbers needed for those years but am still looking for the TADs. Big drop from 2023 to 2024 and curious to see if Peacock, etc. helped offset that.
