@EquitableFin I see other complaints about poor customer service. I have experienced the same over the last 48 hours. I just need to send a Durable Power of Attorney in and I've already made 3 phone calls, requested a call back from a supervisor, etc.

@EquitableFin your company's processes for bank verification are BEYOND faulty. Hard working NNY @nysut members choose you thinking you will "do right" by members. But those of us who bank with Northern CU are being treated with bias. Educators should select other options.

@SECGov and @FINRA My elderly mother is trying to get a distribution from her @EquitableFin account but they are it due to wanting a Gold medallion guarantee stamp. We have called over a dozen banks and CUs & Equitable to ask them where to go. NONE of them offer this stamp.

Stay away from Equitable for your retirement savings as they are happy to take your money but make it very difficult to get it when you need it. @EquitableFin can use this opportunity to contact me as they don’t return calls either.

So, I am invested with @EquitableFin and 30 days ago I requested a loan from my account. It has been a comedy of errors as I have yet to have my loan request processed when I was told 3-5 days max. Unacceptable. Someone needs to be held accountable

@EquitableFin @GPTW_US Equitable failed my father. His pension was delayed for months due to “lost” paperwork. He passed before receiving it. Despite clear instructions & a court order to issue his check to his trust, they refuse to comply. Ignored emails, no accountability. #Equitable #Fraud
