@Huntington_Bank I am unable to change my username and password. I need to get ahold of my tax documents, and no one is picking up the phone nor am I getting any emails. Someone please respond asap.
@etihad your team is so inefficient. I have been trying to resolve my ticket issue for almost 3 weeks, and nothing has been done yet. So much hassle for costumers who are going through deaths and grief. Other airlines (I.e., Qatar) were able to resolve issues in a couple days
@etihad refuses to help their customers when the travel agency does not cooperate. My travel agency, @justflycom, is not responding or answering phone calls. @etihad said they cannot do anything, which is ridiculous since they are the airline. No assistance. Terrible service.

@justflycom I should not have to wait an hour to get ahold of a supervisor. No one picked up. No response on my DMs on social media. I had 2 deaths in my family, and no one is doing anything to help me with my situation. No sense of urgency or follow ups. Worst customer service ever.

Remnants of old Edo, such as street layouts and canals, still influence modern Tokyo to this day!

@etihad very disappointed with your customer service. I have told your agents numerous times that my travel agent, @justflycom, is not cooperating and is unresponsive; however, Etihad continues to refuse to help. You are the airline. No support from anyone. Unacceptable.

@etihad I have had 2 deaths in my family. I booked with a travel agent, justfly.com, but unfortunately, they are of no help. I have multiple times, and none of your agents have been supportive. Given the situation, I would expect etihad to help in this matter.
