1/3 THRU ZIM visited Kadoma, Gweru, and Bulawayo, engaging with small-scale mining stakeholders. Gweru Provincial Hospital reports seeing 100+ miners monthly, with alarming rates of silicosis (30-50%) and TB (10-20%).

THRU ZIM recently presented findings from past and ongoing mental health research with @WHO_Zimbabwe, @MoHCCZim, @friendshipbench, & @Pamumvurizwe. Key focus areas included adolescent mental health, substance use, carer well-being, & mental health in older persons. 1/2
