Hey Trump voters. Hate to break it to you - but here’s what actually happened on Tuesday. Watch. Bernie explained it 20 years ago.

If you ran in these spikes then I know your prime fitness missed the super shoes era. Feel free to subtract 5-30 seconds off of all PRs and not feel bad about it.

For VO2max work for health & longevity in general population Most are better off NOT doing longer VO2max reps. Most are better doing short intervals with short recovery at a controlled pace Instead of 4x 3min @ 5k w/ 2min rest Do sets of 8x 30sec w/ 45sec rest @ 5k-3k effort

@McKirdyTrained @usatf Curious on your philosophy- do you think an October marathon would likely detract from one in February?

@Gareth_Sandford I gather that this works well for one person. Why are you telling people it’s better?

Get better results with your aerobic conditioning by Prioritizing controlled execution at the critical speed 'threshold' (Z2) through a large volume of training. Instead of overemphasizing all-out VO2max intensity (Z3). Example below from Henrik Ingebrigtsen 🇳🇴

When something looks unbelievable... It's because it's probably not believable. I hope they test well at London.

@Alan_Couzens I don’t disagree but I think it’s also important to note that her program was high volume.

USATF released that instead of -3.25m/1000m loss... an OTQ can be on a -3.30m/1000m loss course. Subtle difference, but I wonder what new races qualify?

A tactical work of staggering genius ✨ @UWTrack’s Luke Houser holds the inside line in the final 300m of the #NCAATF mile final and fends off a hard late charge from Drake’s Isaac Basten to win in 4:03.33. Andy Powell’s Huskies go 1️⃣➖4️⃣➖5️⃣➖8️⃣
