@BruckelJeffrey @UMichCardiology @MatthewKonerman These both make a lot of sense for the right patients (definite obstruction, hyperdynamic EF, appropriate anatomy). Mavacamten is a little hard to get but that will change soon. Myectomy often results in LBBB and needs to be performed by an experienced surgeon.
